had really really nice stay of my new zealand holiday and the weather was clear. the staff was pleasant, the room was immaculate with a fridge, private bathroom and north down to the harbour. the location was marvellous and gorgeous for me - a short walk to pubs and restaurants. moreover, a ferry port was a short walk to the hotel. liked my stay in this place.

The location of the hotel is superb, with a great view of the garden. the service is warm and hospitable, making you feel right at home. the breakfast is delicious with homemade baked goods that are hard not to love. the en suite rooms are comfortable and homely, providing everything you need for a cosy stay.

The bathroom is not cleaned every day, which may be disappointing for some guests who expect regular cleaning.

We spent New Year's at a charming bed and breakfast in a beautiful location overlooking a picturesque harbor. They were very accommodating to our needs and even left us freshly-baked goodies each day to enjoy. the house was clean, comfortable, and we truly felt at home with all the amenities provided.

That our hosts were a bit chatty, and sometimes we just wanted to relax and enjoy our coffee in peace. this was a minor inconvenience and did not take away from our overall experience.
